Reservations

  1.  We strongly suggest reservations

  2. You are allowed to walk-in and reserve, but we cannot guarantee availability for walk-ins

  3. Private charters usually require more advanced notice

  4. In order to make a reservation we need a credit card to hold the reservation.  Once you arrive and check-in at the office, you can pay however you would like.  The credit card is only charged if you do not cancel in a timely manner (See Refunds below)

After you Check-in:

  1. We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of the departure time to check-in

  2. You need to check-in at the office before the ride (you can pay at this time however you would like and receive your ticket(s) for the ride).

  3. There are no vending machines on the premises, but you are allowed to bring a drink or snack with you on your ride.

  4. You are also allowed to bring blankets and/or umbrellas on the ride in case of inclement weather.  We do have some blankets to pass out, but if you have something we suggest bringing it especially for the later rides.

Refunds

  1. We need at least 3 hours notice (ahead of the departure time) for a cancellation. 

  2. If it is raining and you do not want to go on your ride, you can cancel up until the time of departure.

    If you do not cancel within the 3 hours, your credit card will be charged for the amount of the ride.
